Katie's Senior Pictures

In April I went to my dad's to celebrate my little sister Katie's 18th birthday. I also had the honor of taking her senior pictures when I was there. I can't believe she has graduated from high school, to me it seems like she was just born a couple years ago. 😄 She's been such a blessing to our family, and I'm excited to see where life takes her next.

Katie has played the piano for several years, so I really wanted to get some pictures of her with a piano. Summitt Pianos in Chattanooga was kind enough to let us use their showroom to take pictures, so I got to take pictures of her with several pianos! They have a great selection. We had fun trying out and taking pictures with several. Here are a few of my favorites from there.

That evening, we all went over to Fletcher Park in Cleveland for the rest of her session. We were blessed with a sunny evening. We incorporated some of her hobbies into the pictures, which included painting, digital drawing and reading. Fletcher Park is beautiful, and we were able to get some great photos there as well!

And last I'll leave you with the family shot I took. It was a bit crazy, because all I could find to put my camera on was a very crooked fence post. 😆 I was so thankful they were all there, and for their help! I couldn't have done it without them. Everyone lugged props around, and Amy and Nathan ran to the car several times taking things back and forth. Juanita helped with posing ideas, Amy ran my behind the scenes stories on Instagram, Nathan held up my gray card for me (always in Katie's face lol), and my dad kept letting me know how fast daylight was ending. 😂

Thanks for taking the time to check out my blog! Hope you enjoyed!
